El Segundo's flasher has flashed again.

The latest incident occurred about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of West Pine Avenue.

Two girls in their early teens were walking along the street. A man sitting in his car got out. His pants were down.

The girls ran and got help. He took off.

This was the fourth incident since November.

Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to call Detective Pat Goodreau at 310-524-2216 or Detective Vince Martinez at 310-524-2263.
