CHP teaches how to install child safety seat correctly at Manhattan Beach event

The California Highway Patrol will hold a car seat fitting station and instruction event Saturday in Manhattan Beach.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at AdventurePlex, 1701 Marine Ave.

Parents can bring their children, car seats and vehicle to have a child passenger safety technician teach them how to install the seat properly.
