Flasher exposes himself again in El Segundo

A man who has exposed himself repeatedly to girls in El Segundo has struck again.

According to a police report, the man dropped his shorts in front of a couple girls at 6 p.m. Thumbnail image for Thumbnail image for Thumbnail image for Thumbnail image for Flasher1.jpgFriday in the 400 block of Lomita Street.

The crime marked the sixth time such an offense has been reported by young girls.

He previously committed the crime:

  • Nov. 6 in the alley north of the 800 block of Grand Avenue.
  • Jan. 8 in the alley east of the 400 block of Standard Street.
  • March 13 in the 300 block of West Mariposa Avenue.
  • April 4 in the 300 block of West Pine Avenue.
  • June 29 at 7:55 p.m. Monday near California Street and Palm Avenue

He previously has been described as white, in his mid to late 20s, 6 feet tall with blonde hair in a buzz cut. He previously drove what might be a 2006-2009 silver 4-door Honda Civic.
