Flasher exposes himself again in El Segundo
A man who has exposed himself repeatedly to girls in El Segundo has struck again.
According to a police report, the man dropped his shorts in front of a couple girls at 6 p.m. 
Friday in the 400 block of Lomita Street.

He previously committed the crime:
- Nov. 6 in the alley north of the 800 block of Grand Avenue.
- Jan. 8 in the alley east of the 400 block of Standard Street.
- March 13 in the 300 block of West Mariposa Avenue.
- April 4 in the 300 block of West Pine Avenue.
- June 29 at 7:55 p.m. Monday near California Street and Palm Avenue
