San Pedro man suspected in three attacks on vulnerable women
Do you know this guy? Police say he is Kjonna Oggs, a 31-year-old San Pedro man charged with attacks on three woman.Detectives say he enticed homeless women or women suffering from drug problems to his home, then beat, sexually assaulted or robbed them.
They have tied him to three victims, but suspect there are more.

Police have tied him to these crimes:
- A 47-year-old woman said she was raped March 13 by a man who tried to sexually assault her .
- A 56-year-old woman said she was robbed May 3.
- A 47-year-old woman reported she was sexually assaulted Aug. 9.
