Cameron Brown Retrial: Jurors engaged in misconduct, judge says
Getting reports from City News Service out of Judge Michael Pastor's courtroom that Pastor found that almost all the jurors engaged in misconduct related to the use of an online definition for the word "malice," but he found that the misconduct was not prejudicial to the case and did not cause bias. Saw a headline feed off KTLA.com stating that a verdict may have been reached. Something about a 1:30 press conference being held?
Got anything to back that up since it's nearly 2:30 and your blog doesn't have anything since this post at 9:37am?
Don't mean to bug, but you got me hooked after those few days of summarizing the final statements. That was some old school stuff, thank you for the effort and all the time you spent in the courtroom enduring the twists of the trial.
whoops, there is a twitter update on the right side of the page showing that there IS a verdict being read at 1:30 so I'll just come back later and check again. Still, you deserve some accolades for your reports.
