UPDATE: Body found floating in harbor

Port officials say the man found dead near Berth 200X at the Port of Los Angeles in Wilmington was the victim of an accidental drowning.

He was found about 7:40 a.m. near the Henry Ford Bridge.

His name was Bradley A. Foltin, 57. The coroner listed him as "indigent/homeless."
