Dr. Saks preformed two outpatient procedures to remove keloid scars in 2007. There were no complications and I was not given anesthesia. I was notified in 2008 by Dr. Saks’ office Aetna has denied the claim of an outrageous amount of $43,000. Although Aetna pre-approved the procedure they were saying Dr. Saks at the time was not a network provider. After working with Aetna for over a year they have decided to pay a contractual amount of $19,000. You would think that would be the end of it. Instead he has threatened to come after me for the outstanding balance. Even after his conviction of 16 counts of fraud, his office has the nerve to threaten to send me to collections.

Now it’s all catching up to him. He lost his medical license and will be facing up to 4 years imprisonment.

According to my monitoring, thousands of persons in the world get the personal loans from different banks. Therefore, there is great possibilities to get a collateral loan in any country.
