Redondo Union teacher charged with child molestation
A Redondo Union High School teacher was charged Thursday with exposing himself to three
teenage students.
Louis Jay Haddad, 50, of Seal Beach faces three misdemeanor counts of annoying or molesting a child under 18, and a single count of indecent exposure, Redondo Beach City Prosecutor Brenda Wells said.
He could face up to 3 years, 6 months in prison if convicted.
Haddad was arrested Dec. 3 when a 16-year-old student alleged that the media arts teacher committed a lewd act in front of her while alone in a classroom, police said.
Two more alleged victims came forward after his arrest, the prosecutor said.

Thanks Larry for updating us on this case. The horrible witch hunt on the victim that Alex Salerno and Jeremy Koehr started with the facebook page that you also helped to get out reminds me of the Barry Sacks case. How so many people came to his defense, were angry for Denise reporting it and also spoke about the victims in such a nasty way. Then to hear that he pleaded GUILTY. I noticed that the "Mr Haddad is Innocent" facebook page has members slowly dropping out. Why not remind people about the Sacks case? BTW did any of those people that accused the girls for lying ever apologize to the victims?
