Did condemned serial killer Rodney Alcala have even more victims?

By now, you've probably heard that Rodney Alcala was convicted and sentenced to death, again, for the murder of a little Huntington Beach girl and the rape and murders of four Los Angeles County women, including one who was found in an El Segundo apartment laundry room.

The Orange County register is reporting that prosecutors now want the public's help in identifying possible other victims whose photos were uncovered during the investigation. They have posted an album of children who may have also been Alcala's victims.

Was Rodney Alcala in the area of Manhattan Beach in the late 60's early 70's and own a white car with a black top. During this time I was riding my bike when someone who looked like Rodney Alcala (seen on Dr. Phil and gave me an uncomfortable feeling) asked me for directions. He asked me if I can keep a secret? I said yes. The car door was open and he wanted me to "come here", I said, "no" He had a gunny sack on his lap and exposed himself with a full erection. My family reported this to the police. The police came with their book. But I had focused on the man in the car having a crossed eye (now thinking, possible detraction), otherwise he is very similar to the man I see in the old pic of Rodney Alcala.

Interesting. My friend and I were 5 or 6 years old in 1969 or 1970 (can't remember exactly) when we were at an elementary school playground in Manhattan Beach, and a guy came up to us and made us sit on some steps and watch him masturbate. Police were called and we gave a description of him, but they never found him.

I'm sure there were a lot of weirdos around even then, but how scary if it was him.
