iPhone problem with GPS corrected? Let me know
Looks like the iPhone problem with GPS is fixed. Several of us in the Daily Breeze office are now back where we belong -- in Torrance.
Last week, we were all in Boulder, Colo.
Let me know if it's the same for you. I'll try the folks at Apple to see if they fixed it, but their media office blew me off Thursday and Friday when I called them about the problem. I wonder how much money their media relations people make to not have to do anything when a reporter calls.
Perhaps they fixed the problem after my Daily Breeze story got the attention of engadget.com, a popular tech site, and a local television station covered it as well. And, lots of people called them to complain.
Anyway, let me know if your phone works properly again.

Mine is better, but still not locating me precisely as it did previously. It's putting me anywhere from a mile or two to twenty miles away from my actual location. I guess that's better than Boulder, but it's still not right.

I’m guessing they make a whole lot more than you – the hours are probably better too, with less stress. As to why you were ignored: It’s Apple v. the DB. C’mon, Larry. Do you really think they have the inclination to return a call from the Breeze?
You should consider looking for a position in media relations.
