Thieves target Jeep Wranglers

The Torrance Police Department posted this item on its Web site about a recent crime trend:

"Since the end of SEP '09, there have been 10 Jeep Wranglers stolen including multiple attempts to steal Jeep Wranglers from commercial parking lots during daytime hours Monday through Friday in Torrance.

The most recent occurred WED, March 17th for the second time at the COSTCO, 2751 Skypark. The Del Amo Fashion Center, 3525 Carson, is another location where multiple Jeep Wranglers have been stolen. Check the website for the full crime bulletin. http://www.torranceca.gov/TPD/15237.htm

As long as the thieves do not talk on the mobiles while driving away in the stolen Wranglers, they should be ok.
