The guy who neighbors believed was hit by a car as he ran toward the fire at the bondage club in Lennox has been arrested on suspicion of murder and arson.

David Edward Albert, 53, is suspected of killing the man found dead inside and setting the place on fire, deputies said.

He was apparently fired from the business, deputies said.

The cause of death isn't available  yet, and the victim's name isn't officially known, but he is believed to be the owner. The owner's name is John Cavine.

We're trying to update the story now that will run in the morning paper. And hopefully soon, the online version will be updated too.

I just rewrote the story with chief copy editor Jack Mulkey over the phone.
