You don't see this very often. It's a Redondo Beach police car in a pond. Fortunately the officer was not seriously hurt, but he went to a hospital for a checkup. (The officer in the photo is a Torrance officer checking out the scene.)

He swerved to avoid another car, went up on the curb and into the pond at the Pacific Colony on Torrance Boulevard. The pond had been drained for repairs.

I'm told it's patrol car "666," but I'm not sure what to do with that information.

When questioned by the Daily Breeze regarding the incident, Officer Beelzebub (pictured here) had no comment. He then proceeded to levitate his car out of the swamp with his demonic powers.
