A lot of people are interested in this case, so here's the latest. I had on calendar that Lawrence Saks was supposed to be sentenced today, but that's not going to happen. It's now set for Dec. 6 in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

Saks is a former Torrance and San Pedro cosmetic surgeon who double-billed with false insurance claims and also practiced while claiming disability. Saks has a previous conviction for tax evasion.
