It's a Blog. Check the Merriam Webster Dictionary and you'll see the definition of Blog is "a Web site that contains an online personal journal with reflections, comments, and often hyperlinks provided by the writer." This is exactly what Altman Posted.
If it's serious news you want, read a paper. The front page of the Breeze has reports on a new L.A. NFL stadium design and a water rate increase for Torrance residents, as well as the death of Blake Edwards. All worthy news stories.
It’s lame to attack Altman especially when you don't know what you're talking about. It's a Blog.
