Police blotter

| | Comments (0)

A robbery was reported yesterday at 4:15 p.m. at Vineland Avenue and San Fernando Road in Sun Valley. The victim was seated in her vehicle talking on her cell phone in the parking lot. A gunman approached on the driver side and opened the vehicle door while a second suspect stood with his back to her at the rear of her vehicle acting as a look out. The gunman grabbed the victim's wallet that was on her lap, then reached over her and grabbed her purse that was on the center console. He then pointed a gun at her and attempted to grab the cell phone but she refused to let go. Then the two suspects, described only as male Hispanics, ran away.
