Police seek sexual predator

nr07647-attempt-kidnap-susp.jpg Police are looking for a man (depicted at the left in a composite sketch) who touched a young teen and attempted to kidnap a 4-year-old girl in North Hills on Dec. 14. At around 7:45 p.m., a 17-year-old teen was walking to a nearby store at the corner of Rayen Street and Langdon Avenue, when a man approached her from the front and rubbed her thigh. The man smiled at the teen and walked away, authorities said. lapdblog
