Where's the family of Jennifer L. Elias?
A 15-year-old girl overdosed on morphine and heroin this summer and the FBI is looking for the man who supplied the drugs. He's identified as Arcesio Escobar, a laundry worker, (that's him in the photo) who called 911 as he was on his way to Mexico about a half an hour after Jennifer L. Elias, from New York, died at his North Hollywood home in June. Police have a warrant out for his arrest for supplying drugs to a minor. I wonder if Jennifer's family is out there, reading this?

i agree this story needs to be told the anniversy of her death is coming up and this guy still hasn't been found.?? i was told this story by two of her best friends two days ago&i can't get over it!!! they way they speak about her as it's like she was perfect people should know this about her!! i personally didn't know her but the story touched my heart although this was a year ago it should be in the new to this day this asshole needs to be found. she trusted him & he left her dead naked nobody should have to be left like this especially someone so young and beautiful.

She came back from New York just to meet her death...watta shame, such a gorgeous girl....weird how life works ain't it?
I met Jennifer a few months before she died. She was a great girl, a lost soul though. She never stayed at home with her mom, and she was always with older men. So obviously her home life was messed up, and she was depressed, so she was into drugs heavily. She always was up for a drug she hadn't done, but nobody was there to tell her no. Her friends and the people she surrounded herself with were total undesireables, so she herself fell victim. She and her friends ended up pulling some messed up stuff on me, so I cut her out of my life. The messed up thing is I told her she would end up dead or pregnant. I wish it was neither.

Jen,was a good friend of mine. she was a beautiful girl, one of those people you meet where you will never forget..she was outgoing and funny.. I still cant believe til this day what happend to her? I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS GUY HAS NOT BEEN CAUGHT--THOSE WHO KNOW INFORMATION NEEDS TO PUT ASIDE THEIR FEARS AND BRING CLOSURE FOR HER SAKE. I do hope those who loved her like i do really think about the message jen is bringing across to everyone..Its never to late to change youself to make good choices, to be careful because the world is cruel, ask for help. i miss jen dearly-- i had talked to her a few weeks before she died & im grateful i was able to hear her voice.. Love, they will catch the person who did this to you and know we will meet again love you!!

Like Anthony mentioned, Jenn was involved with drugs by her own accord. It was her choice and drugs were a part of her and her friend's lifestyle (not just a one time thing supplied by this man). I think that may be why this story and her death wasn't in the limelight or on the news much because like her friends have said, it was her choice, she knew the consequences, and was willing to take the risk, nobody killed her, and its nobody's fault (except maybe the damaging influences and bad choices).
somebody mentioned the guy being caught in some kind of drug ring capture????? or something??? No, I believe that was somebody else, another man. As far as I know, the guy fled of to Mex and has been traced to making calls from there, but I haven't heard of an arrest, yet.
She considered Chicho to be more like family, never did i personally meet him but the way they spoke about him let me know he was not the type to trust. Jennifer like many of us just got trapped in the darkest realm there is of euphoria. Although you say her story may not have been in the limelight because it was no surprise in other words, is wrong. Jenn made a mistake and mistakes CAN be prevented, we are all only human. I want him to be found, i think the neighbors should have been questioned alot more. Her mom's name isn't Susana, it's Roxana. As a natural beauty that Jenn was inside out, there was always an emptiness in her eyes which her bestfriends mostly filled in, but every individual is different and choose to have their own outlook on life. I adviced her more than a few times, spoke to her just days before her death. I think about her every single day, it's all still so vivid.
