  • Police opened an attempted murder case yesterday morning at 2:30 in the 19500 block of Ventura Boulevard. A fight erupted inside the Café involving two males. Several others became involved in the fight at which time multiple male suspects produced guns. As people fled the location, multiple gunshots were fired and the victims were hit. One is in critical condition and two others are in serious condition. West Valley Homicide is handling the investigation.

  • A burglary was reported yesterday at 12:30 a.m. in the 6400 block of Teesdale. The victim is 94-year-old female and lives alone. While she was sleeping, the suspect turned off the power supply to the residence
    at the circuit box and got inside through a dog door. The victim’s purse purse was taken. No suspect was seen and one glove was recovered at scene.
