Justice for Drifter?

TUJUNGA - A 17-year-old gang member was arrested in the fatal drive-by shooting of a rival gang member, police said this morning.

Police believe Andre Vallian was one of several gang members involved in the Dec. 9 shooting of Ronald "Drifter" Burgess, whose bullet-riddled body was found on a Tujunga sidewalk by friends.

Robert J. Lopez, 22, who was charged last year with the killing, was captured days afterward when he tried to outrun police in a Nissan Murano that police believe was used in another drive-by in Atwater Village, said Los Angeles police Detective Jose Martinez.
