Money for police should be fourth in priorty behind the elderly, disable, and schools. The money for gang prevention should go to the police force. Stop giving welfare and section 8 unless the recipicents are going to school for job training. There are people that have recieved them for over 30 years. Don't work and don't intend to. These young girls having these babies need to go back to school and find a job. We've become a socialist country to the lazy, uneducated, begging the government people.
