Don't these thugs have anything better to do than pursue otherwise law abiding citizens using a harmless plant? It should be obvious to all that prohibition has failed. If our government were to do the logical thing which would be to legalize it and tax it we would have a balanced budget in very short order.
What ever, in order to get the criminal element out of the mix the federal and state governments should oversee production just like tobacco, and tax every last bit of it. Would solve many problems including those who hide behind the rouse of prescription legality's, like pay for treatments. Just another pathetic excuse to be a DOPE fiend.
