Hello.
I was wondering where I could find updates on crimes committed in my neighborhood/area in Canoga Park, CA.
Specifically, whether the perpetrators were caught after committing a robbery that occurred near us recently.
We had police visit our house this past Monday night December 8th at 10:15 pm to inform us that an abandoned, stolen getaway car was idling in front of our house. We hadn't seen or heard it.
It had been used in a robbery near Sherman Way and Topanga Cyn Blvd. about 8:30pm. That's two blocks to the south of us. Shots were fired during the robbery and more shots were heard in our neighborhood, at a similar proximity to us, two other times later that same night.
Do you have suggestions as far as who to contact?
