The second annual 31 cent Baskin-Robbins Scoop Night celebration is tonight (April 30) from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. You can buy up to 10 (2.5-ounce) scoops (of any ice cream flavor) per person for 31 cents each plus applicable tax.
