At a time when good jobs are hard to find and keep, every worker needs to do more than work hard. Some behaviors, which might be ignored in better times, become a problem when the operating budget gets tight: Hitting on co-workers; inappropriate remarks or presenting the image of not carrying one's weight are all ways to find your name on the layoff list.
