A $3M-plus Michael Jackson memorial

LA's Chief Legislative Analyst puts the cost at 3-point-2 million dollars...Daily News reporter Rick Orlov tells Ken Jeffries that officials are justifying the expense because of the crush of fans they thought would attend the July 6th event at Staples Center.
