A Pot Postponement

Listen to both sides of the debate as the LA City Council postpones its vote on medicinal marijuana clincs until this Tuesday. The panel put off the vote after introducing a host of amendments--including a cap on clinics.

The Council action comes a day after District Attorney Steve Cooley criticized the panel for its various proposals and said he was training deputies to prosecute the operators of clinics where marijuana was sold.
