Hammered by state budget cuts, LA community colleges are forced to cut up to a third of their classes this year...as campuses swell with those laid off due to the recession.

Also, Governor Schwarzenegger signs a historic water package...in Sun Valley. Now it's up to voters to pass the eleven billion dollar bond measure that goes with it.
