Parts of LA NOT film-friendly

Daily News reporter Rick Orlov tells Ken Jeffries that the list is compiled by Teamsters Local 399...with 'runaway production' in mind. It shows that the LA Area Chamber of Commerce headquarters building is on the list--as is the LA Zoo.

A Chamber official says she's suprised, saying it's hosted many film shoots..and has changed its policy to make filming easier. Zoo officials, meantime, say the problem is a lack of communication.
