Tiger says NO--to T.O.

Ken Jeffries talks with Daily News sportswriter Jill Painter, as news comes in that Woods has cancelled plans to play in a tournament in Thousand Oaks this weekend that he was to have hosted...and has also cancelled plans to appear at a pre-tournament news conference tomorrow.
All this--after his Thanksgiving weekend car accident in Florida that left him with cuts to his face and with worldwide speculation over what happened.
