Medical Pot: Wait 'Till Next Year
Ken Jeffries talks with Daily News City Hall reporter Rick Orlov, who says the LA City Council has put off a vote on an ordinance aimed at regulating medical marijuana dispensaries--until January. Orlov also analyzes this week's election for the vacant Council District 2 seat....where Assemblyman Paul Krekorian easy defeated Christine Essel.
