New LA Rules On Medical Pot

The City Council approves a cap on medical marijuana dispensaries.
The cap is at 70, but the panel allows those that originaly registered with the city to remain open...meaning around 186 others may be 'grandfathered' in.

Also, the LA school District has okayed a budget that calls for more than five-thousand job cuts over the next two years.
