Ken Jeffries talks with Daily News City Hall reporter Rick Orlov...and you'll hear from Councilman Tony Cardenas...about the panel's tentative approval of an ordinance that phases out noisier jets at Van Nuys Airport over the next few years.
Seperately, Orlov looks at the Council's continuing quest to cut four-thousand city jobs.
