Boos and boo-boos

At my doctor's office in Upland, the door leading from the waiting room to the inner sanctum is decorated with Halloween-themed caution tape that reads: "Caution: Enter at Your Own Risk."

As if going to the doctor weren't scary enough!

You wanna know scary? I was in a doctor's waiting room with my younger son, waiting for my older son to come out. Once in a while, over the loudspeaker, we would hear a number being called. I explained to my son that they were a code used by the office staff for emergencies and such. Then, the very professional voice said, "We have a Bingo in radiology."
