Act accordingly.

Update: I celebrated on Monday, a couple of days late, with this slice of apple pie at Corky's Kitchen and Bakery in Rancho Cucamonga.

GREETINGS:
It was almost a mathematical certainty that you would know how best to celebrate National Pi Day ... er, make that National Pie Day!

As Carl Sagan once wrote, "If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe."

And don't forget, "An apple pie without some cheese is like a kiss without a squeeze!"

[I've tried that. I didn't see the appeal. -- DA]
