Nothing exotic, just an upper respiratory infection, says the doctor, but the antibiotics are kicking in and I'm back at my desk. Thanks for the good wishes.

Antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection? That's quite unusual. Was a culture done?

Glad you're again functional and on your way to fine. But I'm worried we might have to take your next Restaurant of the Week review with a grain of antibiotic, if it was the last place you ate before the infection.
