Cucamonga, Etiwanda are exempt

Why is Alta Loma such a nice-looking community? I’m wondering if it’s not due to extra taxation, as this sign on Archibald Avenue above Base Line seems to indicate. (It’s actually a tax preparer’s office.)

    Altacucawanda is so “injun” sounding and represents the best of all the 3 communities. But alas, I was living in Pomona then and we got a goddess looking over us.
