    I’m running off to see, “The Well Diggers Daughter”. I hadn’t given this film enough attention and just find out that it is on the LA Times’ Critics list, and rates 94% on Rotten Tomatoes. The Laemmle has the one and last showing today at 11:10 a.m.

    Every day is a day off for me.

    But today I felt as though I had put in a grueling 8 hours after finally getting out of the market. Had to have fresh stuff for the BBQ, don’t ya know.

    The problem seems to be that the fellas are doing the shopping or “helping” with the shopping. One would think that they were aliens from another planet (I watched the movie “ET” yesterday) and didn’t have a clue about super markets.

    I unintentionally misled–the, “Well Digger’s Daughter”, is on the list at the Laemmle again, for this coming Sat., Sept. 8, at 11:10 a.m. It is French–excellent subtitles, good characters, and beautiful French, countryside.
