A sign on the lot just below the Metrolink tracks in Upland, on the site of the former Hoyt Lumber yard, takes a folksy approach. I don’t know if the sign, posted by San Bernardino Associated Governments, is missing one G or mistakenly included the other two.     They probably needed the “g” for the goose/geese crossing sign. Budgetary woes ya know. Only so many “g”s to go around.
