    I remember vividly the day my mother excitedly purchased her first stereo from Rudy on Euclid. It was a huge Magnavox console I believe, a massive piece of furniture. She wasn’t even sure what records to buy so Rudy suggested Bert Kaempfert to show off the stereo sound. She let me pick one album too, so a Beach Boys album was added. She listened to the stereo until it died, a few years before she did. Always set on KDUO, “…the center aisle on your FM dial…”
