Column: Chino Hills now in 5 not-so-easy pieces

All our cities have political intrigue, even the ones that seem sleepy and don’t get much coverage. Chino Hills has had to shift to districts for its City Council elections, and the map process is already having an effect even though it doesn’t kick in until the November 2018 elections. The first Chino Hills Jazz and Blues Festival takes place April 22. Headliner Barbara Morrison is a noted L.A. jazz singer who’s already performed in Chino Hills once before — or twice, really.
