Angels: Obtienen a Mark Texeira
Los Angels de Anaheim, el mejor equipo de la MLB, hoy agregó otro gran jugador a sus canteras tras completar el canje de Mark Texeira de los Braves de Atlanta a cambio del primera base Casey Kotchman y un lanzador de ligas menores.
Texeira era uno de los mejores jugadores que podían ver una mudanza de equipo antes de la fecha límite para cambios, este jueves. Los Angels, quienes ya de por si van primeros en la Liga Americana (habiendo ganado más juegos que nadie), fueron los suertudos en esta ocasión.
Texeira ha conectado en un promedio de .283 y tiene 20 jonrones y 78 RBIs o empujadas (anotaciones tras un bateo suyo).
