Raiders: Fassell dice que no ha hablado con Oakland o Davis

El ex-entrenador de los Giants Jim Fassell dijo el martes que no ha hablado con el dueño de los Raiders Al Davis reciéntemente y que cualquier charla acerca de su deseo por ser el nuevo entrenador del equipo es pura especulación.
"No, no hemos conversado," dijo Fassell en una entrevista con SIRIUS NFL Radio, "y la cosa es que, algunas cosas han sido exageradas."
ESPN reportó el domingo que Fassell le mandó una carta a Davis expresando su deseo de remplazar a Tom Cable como entrenador en jefe la próxima temporada.
El ejecutivo superior de los Raiders John Herrera dijo el martes que Davis está concentrado en ésta temporada y que no ha solicitado remplazo para Cable. Davis despidió a Lane Kiffin el 30 de septiembre y promovió a Cable a la posición.
