Hey there:)

Well, I've finally joined the 21st century and got a blog.

I'm not sure yet exactly how to use it, but I'm open to suggestions.

For starters I'm going to start posting interesting - well, at least I hope they're interesting to somebody - places to go, things to do and maybe even some helpful hints.

PS - For sunny-side up unbroken yolks - when my grandmother use to make me what she called "dippy eggs" she never flipped them over. After the bottom turned white she put a smidge of water on top and covered the eggs - the closer to the eggs the better. They always turned out fluffy, delicious and unbroken.
