Review Friday, with a bonus

Usually on Friday, we get a lunch review from Elaine Lehman and a dinner review from either Allan Borgen or David Cohen.

Well, today we got lucky.
You see, not only do we get a lunch review from Elaine Lehman, but we get a review from Allan Borgen and a breakfast review from David Cohen!
Oh, happy day.
Starting off with Elaine’s lunch review of Grinder Haven in Ontario, a place which has been in business since 1958.
Wow.
And I still haven’t been there.

Elaine has, though, and you can read her review here.

Next up is Allan Borgen’s review of Innabi Mediterranean Grill and New York Deli in Redlands. I’m trying to remember where I’d heard of Innabi before, and I think Allan had mentioned it on his show.
I’ll have to give them a try. At the very least it’ll save me from having to drive all the way down to Daphne’s in Riverside Plaza if I get a craving for a felafel sandwich. Oh…but then I’d miss out on their divine baklava. Mmmmm!
Allan certainly enjoyed Innabi’s food. You can read his review here.
Finally, we have David Cohen’s breakfast review of Journey’s End in the Pechanga Resort in Temecula.
It’s available for your perusal here.

They serve breakfast and lunch, with “bar food” and desserts also available.

The prices are not too completely outrageous, either, which is sometimes the case at the casinos. For example, a three-item omelette (with king crab, Cure 81 ham and Neuske’s bacon among the choices) will run you $8.50.
You’d probably pay that much at IHOP or Denny’s.
And you wouldn’t be able to drop a twenty into the penny slots after you’re done eating.
