P.F. Chang's new Happy Hour prices make us really, really happy
Earlier this month, P.F. Chang's launched a new Happy Hour, which runs from 3 to 6 p.m. every day.
Every day.
EVERY DAY.
A quick glance revealed nearly all of the items on the Happy Hour menu are at least $2 off their usual prices. Most of the items I compared were $3 less.
Happy Hour items are priced from $3 to $6...get it? 3 to 6 p.m. -- $3 to $6 prices? Clever, huh?
Of course, there is one item (a glass of Pabst Blue Ribbon) that's only $2, but let's pretend we didn't see that.
We stumbled upon the Happy Hour this past Friday afternoon at the Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga.
The result? For $20 and pennies per person (including tax, but not tip), we had a delicious, filling meal that included a wide variety of food, a high-end Margarita and dessert.

Also, I'd probably bypass the Margarita (as good as it was) for a large jar of Gekkeikan Saké (Happy Hour price $4) to share.
Did I mention that the Happy Hour prices are in effect every day?
Another point which needs emphasizing is that the discounts are available both in the bar and in the dining room, which is a huge plus.

Tips for travelers: P.F. Chang's Happy Hour is only in select states right now, and certain locations in participating states are not offering it (the Planet Hollywood Casino, Las Vegas, location is one).
It appears that all four Inland Empire locations (7870 Monticello Ave., Rancho Cucamonga; 3475 Tyler St., Riverside; 3445 Grand Ave., Chino Hills; and 40762 Winchester Road, Suite #400, Temecula) are participating.
If you're a P.F. Chang's fan (Hi, Traci!), this is a great way to get your fix and not spend a lot of dough. If you have never tried their food, this is a great way to give them a try without a lot of risk.
