Happy (?) National Junk Food Day

Delicious irony, indeed!

The day that columnist John Weeks chose to write about an upcoming Slow Food event happens to be National Junk Food Day.

So, tonight we dine on Chocodiles and Cheetos, for on Monday we will feast on locally-grown vegetable tamales and local summer fruit poached with cinnamon lime syrup.
