Stater Bros. gives $20,000 to food bank

On July 21, Stater Bros. presented a check for $20,000 to the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County Food Bank at a meeting of CAPSBC's Board of Directors.

In addition to their monetary contributions, Stater Bros. is the largest private industry food donor for CAPSBC Food Bank.

They have given almost 20 million pounds of food to the food bank since 1988.

Stater Bros. is currently averaging 119,000 pounds of food per month in donations. Every week, Stater Bros. gives  bread, yogurt, milk, meats and other items which are then distributed through CAPSBC's food network.

The food network serves over 16,000 households (over 50,000 people) each month.

Dine 909 thanks you, Stater Bros. and the CAPSBC's Food Bank!
