Eyes wide open

Just in case a Starbucks Venti beverage isn't enough to get your engine going, the ubiquitous coffeehouse is going bigger.

After test-marketing in Phoenix, Tampa, Fla., and Atlanta, the coffee giant is rolling out a giant coffee -- the Trenta.

The Trenta (30 in Italian) is 31 ounces of your favorite iced brew, tea or lemonade, and is seven ounces larger than their current largest offering.

It'll be a 50ยข upcharge from the Venti.

The new size was made available yesterday in 14 states.

Inland Empire residents will have to wait until February 1, when it becomes available here in California.

It'll be available nationwide by May 3.
