If you have a taste for the finer things in life, then this might just be the event for you.
The event will be hosted by Fleming’s Wine Manager Kyle Witter and Hangar 24’s Brewmaster Kevin Wright.
The four-course dinner includes beer pairings with each course.
Fans of Hangar 24 and Fleming’s are probably already sold, but here’s a look at the evening’s menu:
- Thai chicken flatbread and lobster corn dogs with mustard sauce paired with Hangar 24 Orange Wheat and Alt-Bier
- Shrimp and mango lettuce cups served with Hangar 24 Helles
- Confit chicken wing and Maytag blue cheese mirepoix with Hangar 24 Double IPA
- Hangar 24 Chocolate Porter float with bacon truffles
That last one alone would likely give me a food high.
Seating for the event — which will cost $59 per person, excluding tax and gratuity — is limited.
